All sales are finale. If there a issue on the behalf of Stylezbyjay, Stylezbyjay will resolve and fix the issue. Custom Wig orders processing turnaround is 7-10 business days. All ready ship wigs are 3-5 business days. All other products are 2-3 days business days. All items are FLAT RATE SHIPPING With tracking number: currently ships orders using USPS. Standard shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777). We have a standard 24-48 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders.
